Orders over $100 ship free to Canada and the U.S. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $10. No hidden fees, no surprises—just smooth delivery.

You have 30 days to decide if your gear is the right fit. If it’s not, you can return it in original condition and packaging. We’ll refund your purchase minus shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we cover everything.

Just email us at contact@paddletheory.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and send you a return label if needed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We’ve got your back. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 15 days and we’ll cover the full cost of the return including shipping and get you a replacement or refund.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.
